He is so wonderful and so loving even when I do not deserve to be loved or forgiven. Please everyone continue to pray for Glade Branch Baptist Church. Pray for Brother Matthew and me as we pastor there. God is opening great things there. We have grown in a lot of young college age people and needing a teacher to open up that new class.
We continue to stand in need of a Pianist. I continue to play for the services but is difficult to play and pastor too; especially when the invitation hymn is being song. Thanks for being my friends in Christ. Bro. Russ

Sorry, just thought I'd break the ice... My name is Briggitte and no, I've never come across ANYONE who spells it the same way. My dad's side of the family always calls me Briggie, and it's easier to say, spell and remember.

About Me

I have been an Ordained Baptist Minister since 1975. I now pastor Glade Branch Baptist Church in Cravens, La. My wife, Sharon and I have been married since 1979 we have had 17 youth and children though our home since that time. I am
bi-vocational and work at William George Rest. supply out of Lufkin, Texas, also for DeQuincey Home Health out of DeRidder, La. I have been a Nurse since 1975 also. I love the Lord and Praise His name for my salvation and my calling into His ministry and for my family both Christian and biological. I also play the piano at the church where I pastor since at the present time we do not have another person on a regular basis that plays. Matthew Hamerick is the Associate pastor with me.

Well I am no longer Pastor of Glade Branch Baptist Church. I resigned this last Sunday Night after much prayer about what God would have me to do. Please continue to pray for Glade Branch as they serch for the pastor God would have for them. Pray for me as I seek what God would have for me to do. I am also working full time now as a Nurse for DeQunicey Home health in DeRidder, La. May God bless all that read this. Russ
